A third-generation real estate professional with over 24 years in the industry, Kendall is an expert in single-family, multi-family, and land transactions. She holds a B.A. in Art History from the University of London and a B.A. in Marketing from Chapman University.

As an arts educator for nearly two decades, Pattiann has proven herself as a compassionate listener and honest communicator, able to help others find pathways to realizing their vision through imagination and innovation. She studied photography at Rhode Island School of Design, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the California Institute of the Arts and a Master of Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute before transitioning to real estate. She is deeply invested in noticing the details and finding the connections that are part of every real estate story. Additionally, she is a fierce and tenacious problem-solver, not giving up until the right solution is found. With a well-developed sense of empathy, she will be in your corner, supporting your goals with all of her might.

Pattiann is an avid kitchen gardener and seasonal cook. She loves exploring her neighborhood of Highland Park and all of Northeast Los Angeles for the tastiest dishes and unique ingredients. She also enjoys walks in her neighborhood and on nearby nature trails, watching films, visiting the galleries and performance venues of Downtown Los Angeles and going to Dodgers games!

Originally from the Bay Area, Tricia moved to LA’s east side 18 years ago. In that time, she raised a family and fell in love with the diverse and amazing community. She truly found home in Los Angeles. Now, she’s ready to help you find yours.

After a 20+ year career spanning automotive, high tech, law, and entertainment, Tricia discovered that real estate was her jam. I’ve greatly enjoyed buying, selling, leasing, and restoring homes in the greater L.A. area for more than 20 years – both for clients and myself. My family and I live in Pasadena in a 1916 Prairie School Craftsman home where we raised our two children, and I serve as a commissioner on Pasadena’s Historic Preservation Commission.

After purchasing my first condo at 23 and then steadily progressing up the property-ownership ladder, I have learned that there is no better investment than real estate. The equity built through time and improvements both great and small makes all the difference in your long-term financial growth. But you have to get in the game. I’m here to help.

As a third-generation Southern Californian, I have a deep appreciation for our region’s architectural styles and surroundings, and I love a good restoration. The daughter of an immigrant and a U.S. veteran, this only child grew up in Glendale and attended UCLA before settling down in Pasadena. I love traveling near and far, and you can often find me at the theater, the beach, or visiting California’s Central Coast, but my favorite activity is helping nice people buy the home of their dreams.

Before working in real estate, I was a corporate lawyer and entrepreneur in the contemporary art industry. Coming from a business and legal background, I love helping clients find the right opportunities for their unique personal and financial situations, negotiating effectively on their behalf, and managing the many moving parts that go into successful real estate transactions. Above all, my goal is for you to feel secure and well-informed at each step of the process.

My family lives in a 1920’s Spanish Revival in South Pasadena. Before that, we were in a 1940’s Traditional in Altadena (and before that, a Spanish bungalow in Atwater Village). In addition to real estate, I also run a nonprofit, Foundwork, which supports the careers of contemporary artists. When I’m not helping real estate clients or planning programs for Foundwork, I like to spend my time visiting galleries and architectural sites across the city, playing soccer, hiking in the San Gabriels, and hanging out with my wife and son.
