She studied photography at Rhode Island School of Design, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the California Institute of the Arts and a Master of Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute before transitioning to real estate. She is deeply invested in noticing the details and finding the connections that are part of every real estate story. Additionally, she is a fierce and tenacious problem-solver, not giving up until the right solution is found. With a well-developed sense of empathy, she will be in your corner, supporting your goals with all of her might.
Pattiann is an avid kitchen gardener and seasonal cook. She loves exploring her neighborhood of Highland Park and all of Northeast Los Angeles for the tastiest dishes and unique ingredients. She also enjoys walks in her neighborhood and on nearby nature trails, watching films, visiting the galleries and performance venues of Downtown Los Angeles and going to Dodgers games!
