    I’ve greatly enjoyed buying, selling, leasing, and restoring homes in the greater L.A. area for more than 20 years – both for clients and myself. My family and I live in Pasadena in a 1916 Prairie School Craftsman home where we raised our two children, and I serve as a commissioner on Pasadena’s Historic Preservation Commission.

    After purchasing my first condo at 23 and then steadily progressing up the property-ownership ladder, I have learned that there is no better investment than real estate. The equity built through time and improvements both great and small makes all the difference in your long-term financial growth. But you have to get in the game. I’m here to help.

    I specialize in helping first-time buyers, and LOVE doing so. In addition to guiding buyers through the complex purchase process, I also provide expertise with listing properties, home renovation and restoration, 1031 exchange transactions, managing income-producing properties, and land purchases.

    I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative® having completed comprehensive courses in buyer representation and home financing.

    As a third-generation Southern Californian, I have a deep appreciation for our region’s architectural styles and surroundings, and I love a good restoration. The daughter of an immigrant and a U.S. veteran, this only child grew up in Glendale and attended UCLA before settling down in Pasadena. I love traveling near and far, and you can often find me at the theater, the beach, or visiting California’s Central Coast, but my favorite activity is helping nice people buy the home of their dreams.

    Fun Fact: I served as the UCLA mascot Josephine Bruin while I was attending college!
