Cynthia Rondon is a Pasadena, California native, proud mother of three, and a dedicated real estate professional with 18 years of industry experience. Throughout her career, she has built a well-rounded background serving in marketing, agent support, office administration, transaction coordination, and as a Director of Operations, giving her a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the real estate process. She is highly knowledgeable in California real estate contracts and is passionate about mentoring agents, helping them navigate transactions with confidence while encouraging them to continually grow and succeed. Known for her positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and commitment to excellence, Cynthia is always ready to support her team and those around her. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching soccer for children ages 2–4, spending quality time with her family, traveling, and making magical memories at Disney.
